Meet Phyllis Lacy
Phyllis Lacy is an educator by foundation, an entrepreneur by practice, and a builder at heart. As the Founder of Quantom Studios Institute for Technology and a founding member of the eWomenNetwork DC Chapter, she has spent decades helping individuals lead with clarity, build with intention, and grow sustainably, without burnout.
She works with entrepreneurs and leaders who are ready to move beyond constant busyness and step into strategic, purposeful action. Whether navigating a career pivot, stepping into leadership, or building a business from vision to execution, Phyllis helps clients cut through confusion, make confident decisions, and create lasting momentum.
