Phyllis Lacy is a passionate mentor and leader dedicated to empowering women navigating career transitions or launching entrepreneurial ventures. With a strong foundation in leadership, education, and organizational development, she brings decades of experience helping individuals grow, thrive, and succeed.
Phyllis is the Founder and Executive Director of Quantom Studios Institute for Technology (QSIT), a certified STEAM education and workforce development provider. Her background includes mentoring first-time educators, developing innovative tech programs, and leading diverse teams, all with a deep commitment to service, empowerment, and lifelong learning.
She is a founding member of eWomenNetwork’s DC Chapter and has built strong community and corporate partnerships to support career growth. With expertise in public speaking, curriculum design, and professional development, Phyllis is known for her ability to break down complex concepts and guide others with compassion and clarity.
